Terms of service

Parties and acceptance

These terms govern use of Factelo, supplied by EduWell s.r.o., company ID 03407331, Na Kuthence 825/13, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic. By creating an account, the user confirms that they have read and accepted them.

Service scope

Factelo provides tools for managing businesses, customers, products and invoices, creating PDFs, sending email and optional automation. Factelo is not an accountant, tax adviser or lawyer and does not guarantee that a document meets every requirement of a user’s jurisdiction or circumstances.

Accounts and permitted use

• Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.
• The service must not be used for fraud, spam, infringement, malicious code, security circumvention or unlawful content.
• Users must have authority to process and send the data and documents entered into Factelo.

Free beta and future paid plans

Until Factelo expressly activates a paid subscription and presents its price and payment terms before checkout, the available service is provided as a free beta. Prices displayed for planned offerings do not by themselves create a paid subscription.

Before paid plans launch, specific billing, renewal, cancellation and applicable consumer terms will be presented. No user will be charged without expressly confirming an order.

User data

Users retain rights to their data and grant Factelo a limited permission to host, copy, process and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and support the service and comply with law. Details appear in the privacy notice and DPA.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable operation, but the beta service has no guaranteed service level. Maintenance, security incidents, infrastructure providers or force majeure may temporarily affect availability. Features may reasonably change; material changes will be notified.

Suspension and termination

Users may stop using the service and request account closure. Factelo may reasonably restrict access for a terms breach, security risk, legal requirement or threat to the service. Where circumstances permit, advance notice and an opportunity to export relevant data will be provided.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Factelo is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, users’ tax or accounting errors, or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For the free beta, aggregate contractual liability is capped at CZK 2,500 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are subject to the competent Czech courts, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. A user acting as a consumer may seek out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

Changes to these terms

The current version is always available here. Material changes will be reasonably notified before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless law requires renewed express consent.
